August Film and microFILM have prepared a contest for moviegoers. The Mobra motorcycle from the film, also called the “red beast”, can be won by one of the spectators who will see the movie Horia in cinemas. The complete regulations are available on the website https://augustfilm.ro/regulament-mobra-lui -horia/ The choice of winners will be made by drawing lots among those who comply with all the steps of the competition.

“I think most of us experience the feeling of confinement in one form or another. Based on the principle of 'art as therapy', Horia is for us a pleasant surprise, an assumed Romanian road movie, which explores the very idea of freedom and evokes a pleasant nostalgia for the feeling of adventure, for the emotion that the open space awakens. And although you could say it's a movie for teenagers, the nostalgia I'm talking about touches Millennials and Generation Z much more strongly. We're sure that the audience will leave the cinema hall with a smile on their face and a longing for the duke!” said Matei Truța, co-founder of August Film.

Horia, both a road movie and a coming of age, will be officially released on April 10 across the country. The film tells the coming-of-age story of Horia, an almost 18-year-old teenager from a Romanian village, who is in love with a girl who lives on the other side of the country. After an argument with his father, Horia makes an impulsive move and leaves home on his father's old Mobra moped. His path is hindered by Stela, a clever little girl, and the two are forced by circumstances to travel together and overcome a series of obstacles.
