Most universities in the country begin a new stage of admission to the faculty, after the final results from Baccalaureate 2025 – the June session were published. According to the results after the appeals, 80,092 candidates promoted the 2025 baccalaureate, the promotion rate increasing by 2.2% and reaching 76.5%. All these graduates, as well as those who have passed the baccalaureate exam in previous sessions, have the opportunity to register. The average from the BAC has become a great stake, and this is observed by analyzing the admission criteria announced by the universities.
4,700 places to the budget at Unibuc
The University of Bucharest will contest for the summer session of admission 2025 almost 8,300 places in the budget, license studies and master, according to information on its own site.
For the license programs, master and doctoral, the summer session of the admission contest at the UB faculties takes place between July 1 and 25, 2025, and the deadline for displaying results is July 31, 2025. Each faculty has its own calendar that is included in the above-mentioned periods, and the data can be consulted by all the faculties.
Both the payment of the registration fee and the effective registration for the admission contest can be made online. For the bachelor’s degree, Unibuc announced 4,700 places in the budget, at the 20 faculties, Altte 3,250 being made for the master’s degree.
“Of the total of the places taken to the competition for the bachelor’s and master’s programs, 227 are allocated to the priority areas of development of Romania (82, for license and 145, for the master’s degree), 132 are intended for high school graduates located in the rural area (license) and another 86 places are allocated to Roma ethnic candidates (70, announces the university.
There is both admission by exam and file basis. The documents required for registration are:
– Typ of Typ of enrollment

– medical certificate to demonstrate that it is apt for the faculty to which they are applying

The registration fee at Unibuc varies between 150 lei and 600 lei, depending on the desired faculty.
860 Places on the budget at SNSPA
Admission to the National School for Political and Administrative Studies begins on July 4, with the registration period. Here the entries are made exclusive online, between July 4-14. Those who want to be SNSPA students must pay a registration fee of 100 lei, and if they are accepted they will pay the registration fee that has the same amount.
The registration is made on the basis of the file, only at the Faculty of Political Sciences was done through an online grid test, held in two pretension sessions.
The Faculty of Public Administration has 242 budget places, the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations – 291 budget places, the Faculty of Management – 91 budget places, the Faculty of Political Science – 236 budget places.
Of the total places financed from the state budget for the academic year 2025-2026, the budget places allocated for the bachelor’s degree for candidates on the special places: of Roma ethnicity, graduates with the baccalaureate diploma from high schools, graduates from the Social Protection system, persons with special educational requirements are taken to the of risk.
The period of loading the proof of promoting the baccalaureate exam (diploma/certificate/baccalaureate media) is July 4 – 14, 2025, 2:00 pm, and displaying the final results (candidates admitted to the places allocated from the budget, fee, waiting list) – July 18, 2025. Over 3,000 seats on the budget at ASE
The Academy of Economic Studies began, on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, registrations for admission to university degree programs, July 2025 session, by opening the registration platform2025.ase.ro.
Candidates are invited to generate their personal account on the platform, where they will charge their competition file until Thursday, July 10, at 4 pm. The complete list of documents can be found on the site ASE.ro/admitere/Licenta, which must be consulted permanently for updated information on the admission process.
For the academic year 2025-2026, ASE Bucharest brings out 7,789 seats, of which 3,130 are financed from the budget; 6,822 places are in the form of frequency education in campus and 967 at a distance and with reduced frequency.
In the form of frequency education, the registration fee is 150 lei, including two options. For each additional option, 50 lei is paid. In distance and reduced education, the tax is fixed – 150 lei, regardless of the number of options chosen.
The content of the admission process to ASE varies depending on the candidates’ options. For programs from 10 of its faculties, admission includes evaluation of the motivational essay, the qualification from the language competence test – for programs with teaching in a foreign language – and the general average of the candidate, consisting of the baccalaureate average (70%) and the average of the high school (30%).
For the programs from the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics (CSIE) and the Faculty of Law, the candidates also take a written exam. In CSIE, this is a test-grid in the mathematical discipline, and in law, the group test with questions from the Romanian language and economy disciplines.
“Candidates for these two faculties can also opt for other ASE license programs, to maximize their chances of becoming students of the university. ASE offers the candidates, throughout the admission, an active call center from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, where students of the University answer the questions related to the admission process.
There is also a dedicated Facebook group – ASE 2025 admission, administered by students, which offers answers about admission, student life, accommodation and university facilities ”announces the institution of higher education.
Politehnica Bucharest, admission to two university centers: Bucharest and Pitești
The National University of Science and Technology Polytechnic Bucharest (Politehnica Bucharest) organizes admission contest for the cycle of bachelor’s degree in two university centers: the University Center Bucharest (Cub) and, respectively, Pitești University Center (Cup), in total 21 faculties (15 in the central Bucharest, six in the center of Pitești). 5,107 places on the budget and 1,228 places with tax at the Bucharest Center and another 1,259 places on the budget and 1,681 seats with tax at the Center in Pitești are announced.
The admission to the Bucharest Polytechnic is done through a competition that has 3 evidence. For the admission contest, three sessions are organized successively, and each session has three phases: registration of current session, preliminary admission and admission-validation and confirmation.
The contest can be based on a file with extracurricular activities, written test, vocational or mixed test, depending on the faculty.
Session II – Admission begins on July 7 and ends on July 19, 2025.
The tax is 125 lei.
The registration for the admission contest is carried out through the online platform https://admitire.pub.ro.
“It is extremely important to complete the correct and complete (including with diacritics) of all the data requested in the admission.pub.ro platform during the process of enrolling in the contest,” the University website shows.
How much is a year of study in medicine
Registration for the admission contest July 2025 session organized by the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest (UMFCD) started from June 23 and will end on July 6. A total of almost 2,000 seats are available, among them 1,252 being budgeted. The tuition fee for one year of study at the UMF “Carol Davila” Bucharest, for the places with tax, is between 8,000 and 19,000 lei, depending on the specialization.
For the University of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV), the registration is made between July 1-18, 2025. In Veterinary Medicine the calendar is July 1-14, and on July 18 it is to support the written test. 1,395 places on the budget and another 2,415 places with tax are available. The annual tax varies between 3,000 and 3,500 lei.
The National University of Physical Education and Sport (UNEFS) has enrollments until July 7, 2025. Depending on the faculty, there is both a practical sport and written test. The physical test is between July 14-15, and the one written on July 17.
