Romania boasts numerous landscapes that take your breath away. In the heart of Bucovina is Pasul Ciumârna, also known as Pasul Palma, located at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Foreign tourists who visit the spectacular place are impressed by the culture as well as the people.

In the heart of Bucovina is Pasul Ciumârna, also known as Pasul Palma, located at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Foreign tourists feast their eyes on the beauty of nature at the top of the mountain, being impressed not only by the view, but also by the services offered.
“We like it very much. This area is very beautiful. We were there a few years ago and now we’re back because we really liked it“, said a woman, according to Observer News.
Being asked what she likes about this area, the tourist confessed: “I think so the view, the monasteries, absolutely everything”.
“It’s wonderful, it’s incredible and everything I’ve seen so far has been perfect. The culture, the kindness, the people, the service. Everything! Superb, everything is spectacular” said a Spanish tourist.
Those who choose to visit this destination can go horseback riding, there are groomed trails. Tourists can opt for a 50-minute or three-hour ride. In addition, thrill-seekers can ride ATVs or opt for a zip line experience that is more than a kilometer long.
“I’m 65 years old and I’ve always wanted to. I like heights, I like to fly. Extraordinary! A state of well-being. Who likes to fly, who doesn’t, no”said a tourist.
Tourists can also see a special monument at the top of the mountain, which represents a hand pointing to the sky. Pasul Palma is located about 43 kilometers from Câmpulung Moldovenesc and about 35 kilometers from Rădăuți municipality.
