There is mourning in the Romanian music world before Christmas. Valentin Petricenco, the former drummer and one of the founding members of the band Proconsul, has died. His former colleagues sent a disturbing message.

“With deep sorrow, I found out today that Vali is no more! Our Valică also left, too soon. The 30 years spent together remain, as long as God allows us on this earth, memories that cannot be erased. A Man tried by life, grateful for all that God has given him, a Friend and colleague with whom we were particularly privileged to spend, with good and bad, these 30 years of our lives. Rest in peace Vali !”, wrote, on Saturday evening, on Facebook, the members of the band Proconsul.
Valentin Petricenco was also one of the founding members of the band Proconsul. A few years ago, the famous drummer retired from music due to health problems.
