Radu Miruță, the Minister of Economy, said on Friday evening that the illegal rented building was passed on the ministry’s records only in the morning when the case appeared in the press.

He explained that the building is in the legal property of the Ministry of Economy, but actively in administrative management, as an asset of the institution.
“As I found the building, I noticed that it is not in the inventory, I denounce the contract and the steps were taken in the evacuation court. Obviously that man doesn’t go on words. The evacuation order is given with the court, it is not given through the pigeons, because the man does not leave voluntarily, as we have seen”, Radu Miruță told Antena 3 CNN.
This is an office building with 54 functional spaces, which was illegally rented for 18 years, without the state collecting any leu.
“A minister cannot be kneeling that a man does not want to. If he does not want to, you cannot shoot him, but there are executors who go after a court decides that this can happen. The criminal complaint is for the criminal liability, for the evacuation, the contract was unilaterally denounced, which for 18 years said that no one came to say that it interrupts it and the procedure was done by the evacuation court, not by notification sent from the ministry“, Added the Minister of Economy.
The private company occupying the building would have concluded a rental contract based on a business incubator, which, according to the ministry, has never existed.
“The Government Decision of 2012 is the one that shows that the Ministry of Economy is owned by this building. Moreover, that man invokes a business incubator who would have been in 2005, who gave him the right to make that contract. The Ministry of Economy says that the company that is self -titled business incubator has never held the status of business incubator. I tell you that he was not put (n.red. The space) in the inventory. He was put in the morning when this scandal appeared after I insisted. The reality is that under various reasons, that man occupied a building and rent it on his behalf. For his part, the former Minister of Economy, Bogdan Ivan, current Minister of Energy, says that in this situation we can see “a nonsense as much as the house”.

I speak very pragmatic: I applied the “hard” variant of the papers, that is, I opened an action in court, which comes with the gendarmes and evacuates those people. He also stated that he sent the control body to clarify things and that all the documents arrived in court, to obtain a definitive decision.
Also, the current Minister of Economy says that a court decision is now expected.
