On the agenda of the Constitutional Court of Romania, on Wednesday, April 2, an appeal against the decision of the Central Electoral Bureau on March 9, regarding the rejection of the registration of Călin Georgescu’s independent candidacy in the May elections in May, writes Agerpres.
The CCR members rejected the appeal unanimously, following that the arguments retained in motivating the pronounced solutions to be presented in the Official Gazette.
Also on Wednesday, the RCC rejected, as inadmissible, the appeal made by the Party Party against the decision of the Central Electoral Bureau regarding the approval of the procedure for accreditation of the delegates of the political formations participating in the elections for the President of Romania in 2025 and have no representatives in the Electoral Office of the Voting Section or in the Electoral Bureau.
