The beloved singer of popular music, Maria Dragomiroiu, clarifies the fee she charges for performing at events. It claims, through its lawyer, that it is not 5,000 euros, as circulated online.

The artist Maria Dragomiroiu said that she is asking for 2,500 euros to perform at the events where she is wanted.

“The fee charged by Maria Dragomiroiu together with the instrumentalists who accompany her is 2,500 euros. The statements that appeared in the press regarding the 5,000 fee that Mrs. Maria Dragomiroiu would request at the event. We have taken the necessary steps against those who published this false, lying information. We wish to inform the public opinion that I, as a conventional representative, would like to inform the public opinion that the fee charged by Maria Dragomirou together with the instrumentalists who accompany her, it is 2,500 euros, not 5,000 as was circulated in the press”said Katia Cicală, Maria Dragomiroiu’s lawyer, according to Spynews.

The lawyer claims that the popular music star was disturbed by the false information about her fee. “I think it was done on purpose and in bad faith, but this is a personal opinion that I express”said the lawyer.

“She was extremely angry because Mrs. Maria Dragomiroiu respects and loves her audience, she is a value of Romania, I could say, considering that her character and talent are also recognized, she is a serious person. She was extremely affected by these claims, which is why the publications will not immediately understand to remedy, correct this information to the public, they will be liable both criminally and civilly. I don’t think it was an error. I don’t think it can be an error to inform about a double fee than what it is in reality. If they are in good faith, then this information will disappear and the public will be properly informed“, said the lawyer of the popular music performer.

Born in the Valcean village of Marcea, Maria Dragomiroiu attended the “Ion Luca Caragiale” High School in the capital, and in 2006 she graduated from the Spiru Haret Music Faculty. Over time, she was the soloist of the Alunelul Teleorman Orchestra, the Vâlceanca Orchestra from Râmnicu Vâlcea and the soloist of the Doina Argeșului Orchestra from Pitești.
