A dating expert has revealed the five signs that your relationship is over and the spark between you and your partner is gone forever, reports the Daily Mail.
Paige Moyce, from southeast England, turned to TikTok to help those who feel lost in their relationships and wonder if they should leave.
She said it was “very natural” having second thoughts about this decision because you can love your partner but feel like it might never work out between you two.
Moyce stated that the first sign that your relationship is over is that you choose to stay for a number of reasons, but happiness is not one of them.
“Maybe you stay for the kids, maybe you stay because you're afraid of being alone or because you don't want him to be with someone else”she stated. “Maybe you stay because you're afraid of what it would be like to leave or because you don't want to hurt that person”.

Whatever the reason, your own happiness is nowhere near the top of the list, if at all.
The second sign is when communication turns into conflict. Even when you control your tone or choose the “right time” to speak, it seems to end in an argument.
“All this does is create an ever-widening chasm between you and this person. If our needs are not met, then how long will this relationship last?“, she added.
“It can make you feel overwhelmed”
She added that loneliness is another indicator that the relationship is doomed, saying that people can actually feel lonelier in a relationship than outside of it.
“Just because we're physically with someone, doesn't mean we're emotionally with that person. If you're being honest, when was the last time you felt special in your relationship? When was the last time you felt appreciated?”
The fourth sign that your relationship is over is that you have lost your sense of individuality because you put your partner first.
“You've put this person before you so many times that now it's normal to do that, but now you don't know what you want anymore. Because you prioritized the other person, you now wonder what you want, which can leave you feeling overwhelmed”added the specialist.
Finally, Moyce said that if you were given a magic wand with the option to leave, you would take the opportunity.
“If someone could guarantee that you can get through this, that it won't be hell, that you'll be happy again, that you'll meet someone else and that you'll be confident again, you'd take it“, she added.
