The Ciolpani horse farm became known after a meeting was held here on December 7, 2024, one day after the cancellation of the presidential elections, attended by Horațiu Potra, Eugen Sechila and Călin Georgescu.

Eugen Sechila, the former fighter from the Foreign Legion, and Horațiu Potra, the head of the mercenaries guarding Călin Georgescu, are accused of having planned violent protests after the annulment of the elections. And the three met at the Ciolpani stud the day before Potra and his men were spotted by the police while they were going to Bucharest with weapons and pyrotechnic materials.
Following this, searches were recently carried out at the Ciolpani horse farm, attended by the Syrian patron Mohamed Jbara. The Jbara Horses stud is located in the village of Lupăria in the Ciolpani commune of Ilfov.
A week after the secret meeting between Horațiu Potra, Eugen Sechila and Călin Georgescu, at the Ciolpani farm things have returned to normal and it is quiet.
Mohamed Jbara, the owner of the stud farm, recently stated that Georgescu took riding lessons at his farm. Also, the electoral material in which Călin Georgescu appears riding a white horse was allegedly made at this farm. “It’s my horse!”, said the Syrian businessman the other day.
Journalists from Gândul went to the Lupăria horse farm on Thursday, December 12, to see what the situation is there after the public scandal in which she was involved, against her will. To their surprise, the place seemed abandoned.
“We entered without anyone stopping us to the stable where the thoroughbred horses of the Syrian are kept. There was only a janitor there who was busy with a wheelbarrow and a shovel, and we easily spotted Azeri, the white horse from the video with Georgescu, the father of the “Food, Water, Energy” program. A beautiful, clean, decent horse and bored by the burden of foreign election stories from the world of non-speakers” reports the journalists from Gândul.
Mohamed Jbara is known to have arrived in Romania almost 30 years ago. He is a good car mechanic and has been passionate about horses since he was four years old. In order to set up the Ciolpani horse farm, he was helped by a friend, Nelu Secheli, who, he says, worked at the Equestrian Center of the Gendarmerie, according to the cited source.
