Constanța Lighthouse received a license for the 2025-2026 edition of European football cups, the club announced on Tuesday in a message posted on its official website.

The announcement comes after a statement received by the club from the appeal committee to grant the club license.
“Admits the appeal declared by FCV Farul Constanța SA against Decision no.3/17.04.2025 pronounced by the Commission for granting the club license. Modifies the decision appealed in the sense of admitting the application for granting the license and grants the license of FCV Farul Constanța SA for participating in UEFA club competitions for the competition season 2025-2026. Definitive and enforceable ”is shown in notification.
In order to dispute the qualification dam in Conference League, the Lighthouse must finish this season on one of the 1-4 places in the play-out.
After six of the nine stages of the play-out phase, the Lighthouse occupies the fifth place, with 27 points, equal to Poli Iași, on the fourth place.
By the end of the season the Lighthouse will play matches with Gloria Buzău, UTA (both at home) and steel (away).
