The winner of the big prize at Lotto 6/49, worth more than 1.94 million euros, came to the headquarters of the Romanian Lottery on Friday morning to take possession of the money. The Bucharest native, whose identity was not revealed, sent a message to the other players.

In addition to the fabulous category I prize, the lucky ticket holder also collected 20 other category IV winnings, making him a real multiple winner, with a total amount won of 9,646,732.64 lei.
The lucky ticket was purchased at the agency 72-003 in sector 2, Bucharest, and was completed with a reduced scheme code 57, comprising 22 variants of Loto 6/49, with a cost of 154.50 lei. A modest investment, but one that brought with it a huge reward.
