Almost half of the Romanians, of all ages, are not satisfied with the job they have, because they do not reflect their values, passions and talents, a study by the Mind Architect team shows.
In addition, everyone is experiencing different fears, from the fear of not finding a suitable employer and a correct salary, to the sensation of ceiling, burnout or the feeling that they are too old for a professional conversion.
The team that started in 2019 Mind Architect, presented by Paul Olteanu, who became the most listened to personal development in Romania comes to the aid of people who need support. In collaboration with Banca Transilvania, they have launched vocational DNA, a large program that helps those registered to truly discover and choose the right way in career so that they work with meaning and satisfaction, not just for survival or need.
The project is structured in four steps and proposes the vocation as an inner compass that guides us both through the periods of development in a straight line and by the reorientation:
1. Vocational DNA courseavailable online. It contains 13 video modules, course supports and test recommendations and evaluations that help step by step, understanding the unique profile of each individual and identifying the right professional directions.
2. The vocational DNA community, an active learning and support space that helps to build a career around the vocation and in which people can grow along with those who want the same thing: a meaningful career.
Community members also have access to a special GPT Custom to be their vocational and career coach, a unique benefit on the Romanian market at this time.
3. Vocational DNA podcast, backstage conversations, stories and real images from the lives of those who discovered their vocation and built a successful career around it.
4. The kit of the first steps, a series of free materials with specialists from Stup BT, to provide support to any entrepreneur at the beginning of the road to start with the right in his entrepreneurial journey.
The partnership with Banca Transilvania, the largest bank in Romania and a project that supports many other entrepreneurial initiatives is one meant to make a vocational DNA an accessible resource, which also creates free content for those who need support in their professional journey.
“We go through school concerned with evaluation and future, we acquire some knowledge, especially through memory and, if we are lucky, and some skills. We leave the school without too much clarity on which our talents, passions, values or how our personality influences the motivations and behavior in the future professional life.
We then enter the labor market full of hopes, but also confused, haunted by the pressure not to be wrong, to demonstrate, by the constant comparison with those around and by unrealistic expectations. We professionally, without clarity and under pressure and make decisions for the future without knowing each other. This way, the world gets poorer, and on its own and figuratively.
I launched this project with the conviction that it can be worked with meaning and satisfaction and not just for survival or comfort.
We believe that it is possible to build together a reality in which each Romanian uses their talents daily, in the service of something that is genuinely passionate, lives aligned with the valley and its personality, and in the end he receives what motivates him the most. All to be able to reach our potential – to discover our vocational DNA and build a career around it, ”says Paul Olteanu, the founder of the project.
Once discovered the ideal vocational trajectories after the course, the next step is to develop a fulfilling career around them, accessing the vocational DNA community, dedicated events, resources, podcast with useful information and connection with experts and specialists. In addition, the kit of the first steps includes a series of interviews with experts to help you start with the entrepreneurial journey, from how you choose your legal form, taxation, branding, marketing, sales, recruitment or leadership.
