David, however, supports an “ideologically unlocked sexual education, but very pragmatic, natural”, so “know the important things for a man in this life”

In June 2022, the deputies adopted the Law on the introduction of sex education in schools, with 224 votes for, 1 vote against and 49 abstentions.
The law provides for the introduction of health education in schools starting with the 8th grade only with the written consent of the parents.
The normative act was challenged by President Klaus Iohannis at the Constitutional Court, but the Court rejected his objections, so he returned the law to Parliament, to review.
In his notification to the Constitutional Court, Iohannis challenged the conditioning of teaching sexual education in schools by the agreement of the parents and asked the RCC to find that the law amending Law 272/2004, regarding the protection and promotion of the rights of the child is unconstitutional.
The phrase “sexual education” was the one he warmed the spirits and voting, especially among the PSD and gold parliamentarians, who were coalized against the USR, who do not agree that the law is called “sanitary”, but “sexual” education.
