The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a travel warning for Bulgaria on the temporary suspension of road traffic on the Giurgiu-Ruse bridge. Alternative routes

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs the Romanian citizens who are located, transit or intend to travel to Bulgaria that, between June 12, at 20 to 13 June, time 4. The authorities in the neighboring country will apply the temporary suspension of the road traffic on the Ruse – Giurgiu bridge for all the categories of vehicles.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends to the Romanian citizens who intend to transit the Danube I Giurgiu – Russian bridge to take into account the mentioned period in which the road traffic will be stopped for crossing and use the other crossing points between Romania and the Republic of Bulgaria.
