“Following the discussions with the producers of infusion solutions, we reached a concrete solution together, which eliminate the risk of discontinuities and provide constant deliveries of physiological serum, glucose and other essential solutions to hospitals,” the minister said in a Facebook post.
Rogobete stated that the Ministry of Health has published in decision -making transparency an order of the minister who modifies the administrative framework and increases the distribution margins for the infusion solutions delivered to the sanitary units.
“By this measure, we unlock the distribution chain and offer predictability to the whole system. Hospitals will no longer be at risk of delays or shortcomings, and patients will have the guarantee that the treatments on which they depend are available,” the minister said.
According to Rogobete, the decision is part of a larger plan to strengthen the supply chain with medicines and sanitary materials, because the medical act “Never be endangered by administrative blockages.”
The Minister of Health added that the dialogue with the producers and distributors will continue so that the institution’s decisions are “Anchored in reality and to support the correct functioning of the medical system.”
