According to a post on the Facebook page of the Ministry of Health, there are currently approximately 69,000 doses of the MMR (measles-mumps-rubella) vaccine, of which 49,000 are already in the offices of vaccinators, and the rest are available in the stocks of public health departments.

The institution also shows that, in specific situations where problems arise, the public health directorates have been requested to redistribute the doses between the counties, so that the vaccination process is not affected.

More vaccine deliveries are scheduled in the next period:

July 16 – 186,000 doses of ROR vaccine;

last week of July – 170,000 doses of hexavalent vaccine;

end of August – 170,000 doses of BCG vaccine;

in August and September – doses of tetravalent vaccine, dtPa vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine.

The Ministry of Health also stated that it constantly monitors the stocks and distribution of vaccines, so that every child has access, without interruption, to the vaccines from the National Vaccination Program.
