The Ministry of Education and Research has modified the evaluation scale for the Logic, argumentation and communication exam of the Baccalaureate 2026, after students and teachers reported the existence of an error in the official document published on the day of the exam.
In the initial version of the scale, in Subject I, point A, item 4, the correct answer was indicated as option “D”. However, the specialized teachers drew attention to the fact that the correct answer was, in reality, option “B”.

Among those who publicly reported the problem was teacher Lina Turcescu, who explained that the error cannot be attributed to the high temperatures on the day of the exam, as the topics and scales are developed and checked long before the tests are held.
“Unfortunately, although it is an important exam, errors also happen in the baccalaureate exam. In today’s logic test, the ministry published a wrong scale for grid no. 4 at 3 p.m. They wrote the correct option as «D», but in fact it is «B». It is not because of the extreme heat! The options and scales are made long before the exam, only the option that will be given on the day of the exam is drawn”she wrote on Facebook.
The teacher called for the information to be shared so that the error can be fixed before the assessment of the papers begins.
“Please share as many as possible so that there is a chance for the ministry to find out and change the scale (although I have communicated this to the ministry through three official channels). For the sake of the students who learned!”, the teaching staff sent.
Later, after updating the official documents, it came back with a new reaction: “After an hour of official steps, the ministry changed the scale. Congratulations! They moved unexpectedly quickly!”.
The students’ parents also reported the situation immediately after the scale was published. A parent reported on social media that his daughter, who had taken the Logic exam, noticed the error and checked the answer with her teacher.
“Today, my daughter took the Logic test at the baccalaureate. She looked at the scale and, surprise, it’s wrong. The scale. She checked, panicked, with her teacher, who confirmed that the answer given in the scale as correct was wrong. I understand that it’s a lot of heat and error humanum est, but I suspect that there were some specialists who made the subjects and the scale, it would be a verification procedure, a bit of responsibility not to play with nerves and even the future of those who give the bac. No? Or that’s all it took…” wrote the mother of a student, on FB.
He also explained why the answer in the scale was wrong. “The exercise asked to say what is the predicate of the converse of the sentence “Some famous paintings are with black tulips”. As the converted sentence is “Some paintings with black tulips are famous paintings”, the correct predicate is “famous paintings”. The barre says that the predicate would be “black tulips”.
In the meantime, the authorities updated the documents published on the official website, and the parent returned with a new reaction: “They fixed the files in the meantime, no announcement, no apology, nothing. Let’s go.”
The National Center for Curriculum and Evaluation has confirmed, through the Press Office of the Ministry of Education and Research, that the changes have been made in the scale and that the updated documents have been published on the official website.
The final version of the scale indicates the “B” option as the correct answer, which will be used to evaluate all papers from the 2026 Baccalaureate Logic exam.
