The number of candidates from the title 2025 who obtained a note over 7 in the written test increased to 14,490 candidates (to which 42 candidates with note 10 are added), being more compared to the situation before the appeals.
Following the support of the written test, 31,181 works were sent to the evaluation centers, 38 of them being canceled for non -observance of the drafting rules (under the conditions provided by the methodology). After displaying the initial results, almost a quarter of the candidates (23.37%) challenged the notes. Following the 7,278 appeals submitted, for 4,244 works (58.31%) the initial notes were increased, while for 2,932 works the initial notes were reduced (40.29%).
“Percentage, the rate of grades ≥7 (seven) increased by 3.14% (from 43.59% to 46.66%), while the rate rate between 5 and 6.99 decreased by 0.10% (36.36% from 36.26%) “said the representatives of the ministry, in a press release.
The number of candidates with note 10 increased after the appeals to 42 (from 41), but the number of those noted with the minimum note – 1, from four before the appeals, to seven after reassessing the works.
It should be mentioned that the written test of the title contest 2025 were expected to support almost 40,000 candidates (39,737 candidates). 86% of them were presented, and of those present, 2,965 candidates withdrew (2,806 candidates for personal reasons, respectively 159 candidates for medical reasons), and 26 candidates were eliminated from the exam (of which 24 for fraud/fraud attempts; 2026).
The distribution begins on the 9,180 vacancable positions
On Thursday, July 31, 2025, the first public meetings take place for the distribution on the vacancies/vacancies of the candidates from the degree that have grades over 7. There are approximately 14,500 candidates with grades over 7 who can be presented to request one of the 9,180 positions. Of these, most jobs for employment for an indefinite period are for:
• pre -preschool/pre -school education (2,092 positions);
• primary education (1,315 positions);
• teacher – school counselor (514 positions);
• Itinerant and support teacher (471 positions).
For the employment for an indefinite period (degree), the candidates must obtain a minimum grade 7 (seven) both in the written test and in the special practical test/inspection in the class. Not for all the vacancies in the list will be candidates with average over 7 for the title to request them, how there is a long list of candidates with high grades who have supported the discipline for which there are no title positions, the hope of these candidates being the occupation of a position as a substitute. However, the positions available for supplementation will be fewer this year, because the schools will solve, based on the available hours, first the whole of the teachers already employed for an indefinite period.
The ministry made an important clarification related to the positions for the occupation of which the candidates are expected in the public meetings organized on July 31 and August 1. “We mention that these categories of positions are not affected / do not fall under the increase of the didactic norm”is the MEC’s mention.
Once distributed to the positions, the candidates will subsequently present themselves in the schools for which they opted, and here, considering the normative acts in public consultation, it is possible to face activity restriction after at the level of each educational unit, the classification will be restored in order to increase the teaching norm for two hours, in the case of two hours, in the case of the school.
