Adriana Bahmuțeanu, Silviu Prigoană’s ex-wife, initiated the succession procedures. She is outraged by the fact that Honorius Prigoană, the son of her ex-husband, does not allow her to see her children.

Adriana Bahmuțeanu said, live on Romania TV, that she initiated the procedures for the succession, but she emphasized that she has no right to touch a leu from her ex-husband’s fortune and that she is fighting for the rights of her two children.
“The fight for the fortune started a month ago, when the half-brothers seized my minor children in the house of the late Silviu Prigoană. I don’t want to start any fight for wealth, nor do I have the right to touch a single leu from the wealth of Silviu Prigoană, my ex-husband. What my children will inherit is their right and their legitimate inheritance and in this regard a special bank account will be made with a curator appointed from the guardianship authority and I will not be able to touch a single penny of that inheritance. Until then there is“, stated Adriana Bahmuțeanu.
She was unable to take her children home.
“What I’m interested in right now is getting the kids back from that house, because right now, for a month, my kids have been left in that house without supervision, without parental control, without an adult to tell them what to do , what not to do, without their mother to take them in her arms after the death of the father, without an authorized perona to stay with them. (…) Such a thing is not possible, it is not normal that for a month my access to the children is restricted, for a month we cannot mourn, we cannot mourn our loss, I cannot holding the children, to calm them down, to tell them what I have to say, because after all, my ex-husband is dead, and the father of my children is dead, my children are orphans“, she added
Adriana Bahmuțeanu claims that behind this scandal would be, in fact, the financial interest of her children’s older brothers.
“I believe that the older brothers, the half-brothers, robbed us of this absolutely legal right, that of being together in such a difficult, such a difficult moment, to mourn our dead. The older brothers have a clear material interest and I will prove it on TV with the rigor documents so that you can see that this whole tangled story hides a material purpose of the half-brothers, especially of Honorius Prigoană, the one who until now, from when his father died, he used all the political relations he has at a high level, including in the circle of President Iohannis, from where, he still believes, the exact time is given,” says Adriana Bahmuțeanu.
Silviu Prigoană’s ex-wife accuses Honorius of “power drunk“:
“I hereby inform him that in the end every empire falls and dies by its own hand, just as this power-drunken Honorius Prigoana, who uses my children, aligns them parentally against me, will also happen. I started the legal procedures, the succession started after Silviu Prigoană, I basically blocked their possibility to open such a succession.
