After his baccalaureate grades were again discussed by the press, Adrian Cocoș, the vice mayor of Sector 3 who took over the duties of mayor from Robert Negoiţă, reacted publicly, drawing attention to the way his activity is reflected.
After taking over the duties of the mayor Robert Negoiță, who is under judicial control, Adrian Cocoș publicly expresses his dissatisfaction with the fact that, in recent days, the media’s attention has focused more on his baccalaureate results, than on his work as deputy mayor, in the context in which the investigative website Snoop.ro revealed that the politician obtained a grade of 2.70 in mathematics at the matriculation exam.
Through a post shared on Saturday, February 7, on FacebookAdrian Cocoș points out that the subject is outdated and does not reflect his professional path.
“The same articles about me reappeared. Not about what I’m doing today, not about my work in the last year, but about an episode from my adolescence. That’s it. I finished my studies on time, done up to date. I worked in parallel and built my way step by step”, he wrote.
According to the same website, the vice-mayor, with the duties of mayor now, finally got his baccalaureate, continued his studies at the Artifex University in the Capital, majoring in Management, and was a local councilor, an administrator at an IT company in Sector 3 and an employee and shareholder in several companies in the field of branded clothes.
“I’m not perfect and I never said I would be. I fell, got up, shook myself and moved on.
If, after a year as deputy mayor, this is the only negative aspect that can be written about, taken out of an old context, it means that my activity today does not offer real grounds for criticism.
This is the only time I talk about this “sensational” subject. From here on out, my answer will be day-to-day work,” Adrian Cocoș finished his post.
