A young teacher from Sibiu went from despair to joy after the tenure exam. She initially received a grade of 4.90, but after the appeal, her work was reevaluated. The increase of 3.80 points is the highest recorded in the county this session.
The initial result was a shock to 21-year-old Patricia Cristina Pandrea, who was convinced that her work deserved a much higher mark.
“When I saw the grade, I was like, that can’t be, that it can’t be true. I corrected myself in blood and I should have had a higher grade than the one I got. I realized that my work was not corrected in the true sense of the word.” told Patricia Cristina Pandrea, for the council tower.
Convinced that the result did not reflect the work done, the young woman immediately decided to file an appeal. The disappointment was so great that he says he even considered giving up the career he had been preparing for since childhood.
“I was thinking about going to another college because even though that’s what I’ve always wanted to do since I was in kindergarten, I wasso disappointed and demoralized that I thought my place was no longer here in education,” said Patricia.
When he found out the result of the appeal, the reaction was one commensurate with the accumulated emotions.
“I started shaking. I couldn’t stop. I was like a leaf in the wind. And just like that I started crying, only this time, from happiness. I went from hell to heaven.” said the young woman.
The final mark, 8.70, completely changed his situation. The difference of 3.80 points between the initial mark and the one obtained after re-correction represents the biggest jump recorded in tenure in Sibiu County.
