Candidates who are fighting to occupy a position in education found on Tuesday the results of the written test of the title competition 2025. The notes are displayed at the headquarters of the school inspectorates and on the dedicated site. Dissatisfied candidates of notes can file appeals.

Update notes rate of at least 7 – 43.52%, higher than last year
Of the total of the nearly 40,000 candidates with the right of participation (39,737), they were presented in the written test, held on 15 Iulie, 86% (34,172). Of these, 2,965 candidates withdrew under the conditions provided by the methodology (2,806 candidates for personal reasons, respectively 159 candidates for medical reasons), and 26 candidates were eliminated from the exam (of which 24 for fraud), the Ministry of Education and Research communicated. Finally, only 31,181 works were transmitted to the evaluation centers, among them, 38 works being canceled in the evaluation centers.
Of the total of 31,143 evaluated works, 5,797 belong to the candidates from the current promotion. 13,553 candidates, representing 43.52%, obtained grades over 7 (which, theoretically, allow them to degree), 41 candidates obtaining the maximum note, 10. The results are easy above those of 2024, when 40.11% of the candidates managed to obtain notes of at least 7.
From the current promotion, 40.11%of the candidates obtained marks over 7. 1,324 candidates obtained marks between 5 and 6.99 (36.36%) – of them, 2,061 candidates come from the current series of graduates (35.55%). The results for each candidate, but also in counties, are available here.
The initial news
The written test of the national title contest 2025 was held on July 15, 2025. The candidates were expected in 121 competition centers, but the Ministry of Education and Research did not make the data on the presence. They were expected to support the written test, throughout the country, almost 40,000 candidates (the number of those who obtained the special inspections in the classroom or at the minimum practical tests raised to 39,700), but according to the information from the competition centers the absentee was high, most likely motivated by the fact that the list of vacancies is uncertain, as a result of the education, as a result of the education, as a result of the education. Specifically, the norm of teaching the teachers increases by two hours, which means that to complete the chairs of the holders will be used to the chairs/hours/positions already declared vacant.
41,300 candidates initially registered, of which over 7,700 graduates promotion 2025
At the written test of the national title contest 2025, the candidates who obtained in the special inspections in the classroom or in the minimum of the note 5. were able to participate. In this situation there were over 39,700 candidates, of which over 7,400 are graduates of the pedagogical, post -secondary, university degree, university degree, or of the masters, the current promotion. According to the data of the Ministry of Education and Research, over 41,300 candidates were initially registered, of which over 7,700 graduates from the promotion 2025. During the registration period the candidates had the opportunity to submit/transmit registration files in several counties.
The written test tested the candidates with the specialized knowledge and didactics of the specialty. The National Center for Curriculum and Evaluation has developed topics, and the related scales, for 119 disciplines.
Most candidates registered for the educator positions – over 8,300, teacher – over 6,100, teacher of physical education and sports – over 3,600 candidates, professor of Romanian language and literature – over 2,300 candidates, English teacher – over 2,000 candidates, etc.
The works were evaluated digitized in centers established at national level, on disciplines.
When the appeals are submitted
Results at the written test are displayed today, July 22, at the headquarters of the school inspectorates and on the dedicated site. After publishing the results, the appeals can be submitted, today until 21.00, respectively Wednesday, July 23, until 1.:00.
The final results are displayed at the headquarters of the county school inspectorates and on the site Titularization.edu.ro on July 30.
In order to access the chair for an indefinite period, the candidates must obtain a minimum grade 7 (seven) both in the written test and in the special practical test/inspection in the class. For the employment for a fixed period (supplementation), the candidates must obtain a minimum grade 5 (five).
Every year, thousands of candidates manage to pass the threshold of 7, however, they cannot be titled, due to the lack of validity of at least 4 years (title).
After displaying the final results, the candidates with average over 7 can be presented in the public distribution sessions, scheduled at the end of July, to choose their positions, depending on the result obtained. For most disciplines, the chairs/chair fragments/hours just for supplements are available.
