The retrograde of the football superliga was established: an Ukrainian sent Sepsi to the second league

The last round in the play-out of the Superligi Football has established the retrograde teams and those that will play dam matches. Today’s games were played from the same hour, 16.00.

Sepsi footballers managed to qualify for the maintenance dam

Unirea Urziceni had only the chance of Victoria, to leave the 15th, penultimate position, which sends in the second step. Adrian Mihalcea’s team (48 years old) led Sepsi with 1-0.

The Covasnens equalized, a score at which they were saved from the direct relegation, to support the dam match.

The same Ukrainian Dmyro Pospelov (33 years old), who had opened the score, brought them back to the hosts. He took advantage of a random output of Niczza, the goalkeeper who had a dispute with a former component of the Golden Generation, Gică Mihali, who accused him of “cleaning” his former generation colleague, Dorinel Munteanu, who resisted only five stages at Sepsi.

Sepsi OSK needed not to lose in Clinceni, with Unirea Slobozia, to occupy a dam place at the end of the season. But the Covasnens lost, 1-2, and record a relegation-shock, considering that they finished the regular season on the 7th place.

8 years after promotion in Liga 1, Sepsi has relegated. In 2017, the Covasnens arrived for the first time in Superliga, where they remained until this year. Hungarian journalists noted that it did not reach the situation that two teams in the Szekler Land are at the same time in the first league in Romania. Even in the year that Csikszereda promoted in Superliga, Sepsi dropped in Liga 2.

Defeated at home by Oil, 0-2, Poli Iași will play the “double” dam. FC Botosani, winner with Hermannstadt, 2-1, saved without the need for a dam.

Lighthouse dropped on 5, outdated by Oil: Goodbye, Dam for Conference League

Poli Iași lost with oil, score 1-2. The hosts wasted a penalty in the extensions of the match in Copou.

The formations that failed directly in the second step are Gloria Buzău and Sepsi. Poli Iași and Unirea Urziceni go to the dam.

The victory obtained by the oil in Iași, 2-0, makes the Ploiesti out of the Lighthouse. Gică Hagi’s team fell on the 5th place in the play-out (11 overall), a position that does not allow him to dispute the dam game.

As a result, there will be no longer the Dam for Conference League, since any European license team has ranked the first 4 places in the play-out.
