Andrei Șelaru, known as Selly, was designated the most followed public figure in Romania on social media, for the second consecutive year, according to the data presented at Webstock 2025, the largest event dedicated to the digital industry in Romania.

The data were presented on the Webstock stage, and the top of the most followed people also included other important names from Romanian entertainment: Dorian Popa, Mihai Morar, Cătălin Măruță, Andra Măruță and Andi Moisescu.

With a total community of more than 8.5 million followers on the main platforms, Selly strengthens his status as a leader of Gen Z and one of the most influential voices in the digital environment: YouTube: 3.81 million subscribers; Instagram: 2.1 million followers; TikTok: 2.2 million followers; Facebook: nearly 400,000 followers.

Over the years, several polls have indicated him as the most watched public figure.
