Today’s program of Romanian athletes Olympic Games

Sunday does not bring many athletes from Romania to the fore. Once the rowing trials are over, where our delegation had the best representation, attention turns to the athletics trials.

Stella Rutto will perform from 11.05 a.m. in the first round of the 3,000-meter steeplechase, while Bianca Ghelber will shoot in the hammer throw qualifications from 11.20 a.m.

For Ebru Bolat from Constanta, the 5th day will follow in the yachting competition, where she is in 19th place overall. The little talked about athlete is 24 years old and yesterday she achieved the best performance of her career, finishing the 4th round in 5th place at the Olympics.

The yachting races in Marseille are run over 10 rounds plus the medal final. Ebru Bolat, Bachelor of Arts at the University of Arts in Bournemouth (England), is the first woman to represent Romania in a yachting event at the Summer Olympics.
