Traffic is on one lane in Comarnic due to some works: while traffic is restricted

The authorities announce that traffic restrictions have been imposed on DN1 as a result of road infrastructure works. The works aim to restore the roadway and build the metro network to Henri Coandă International Airport. Restrictions are imposed in November.

The Infotraffic Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police informs that, between November 3 and 6, road traffic is restricted on DN1, at kilometer 113 and kilometer 118, in the Posada district of the town of Comarnic.to allow maintenance work to be carried out on the carriageway and the approaches”, according to Mediafax.

During the works, road traffic is carried out alternately, in one direction, directed by traffic signals.

Also, between November 3 and 23, work is being done to connect the Magistrala 6 subway network with the Henri Coandă International Airport, which is why the direction of travel from the adjacent DN1 shoulder to Bd. Dr. Liviu Librescu is closed. Road traffic is being diverted on the link Aleea Privighetorilor – Bd. Alexandru Nasta – Bd. Dr. Liviu Librescu.

Drivers are advised to drive carefully and reduce speed in the signalized work zone.
