Vasile Miriuță entered the bread at Poli Iași. Is the third coach of the team this season

The new head coach of the Politehnica Iași football team is Vasile Miriuță, the club announced on Tuesday evening, on its official website, shortly after the contract is signed.

Miriuță, 56 years old, has a vast experience as a coach. Dinamo, CFR Cluj, FC Hermannstadt, Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț, in the country, Energy Cottbus, Gyor, abroad, are just a few of the terminals of his career that approaches 350 games on the technical bench.

As a footballer, Vasile Miriuță formed at Baia Mare, being born in Baia Sprie. In the early 1990s he arrived in Dinamo, then crossed the border and was legitimized to bands in Hungary, Germany and France, the best time having Cottbus Energy. He also played 9 matches for the national of Hungary, with a scored goal, against Spain.

At Poli Iași, Vasile Miriuță will collaborate with Francisc Dican (second coach), Radu Sardescu (coach for goalkeepers) and Stelian Isac (physical trainer). Miriuță replaces Emil Sandoi, who has terminated his contract with the Copou group on Monday.

Poli Iași started the season with the Portuguese Tony da Silva on the technical bench. In the 18 official games, of which 3 in the Romanian Cup, Poli Iași registered under the command of Emil Săndoi a balance of 5 victories, 4 draws and 9 defeats.

Currently, Poli Iași ranks 14th, with 22 points, after 23 stages played in superlig.
