The new abbot of the Nicula Monastery, father Iustin MIron, makes pro-Georgescu election campaign and hallucinatory statements in a recently filmed podcast. This after Călin Georgescu used in the election campaign a clip filmed at a youth camp organized by Iustin at the Oașa monastery.

Father Iustin Miron was appointed, the other day, abbot of Nicula Monastery – the most famous monastery in Cluj county, where tens of thousands of Romanians from all over the country come every summer for Saint Mary.
Sources from the Metropolis of Cluj told “Adevărul” that Iustin Miron from the Oașa Monastery is “a controversial character” who has ties to the sovereignist political zone.
When his appointment as abbot of Nicula was announced, images appeared in the media from the lecture that Călin Georgescu gave, this summer, to the young people who came to the well-known camps at the Oașa Monastery, during which believers from all over the country are invited to the monastery for various activities, including various discussions with personalities from all fields. Moreover, images from this lecture appeared in an election clip of Călin Georgescu.
Father Iustin Miron tried to explain the Călin Georgescu episode in the podcast “In Ion’s Garden” by the journalist Ionuț Drăgotesc, but instead of defusing the situation, he fueled the fire with political statements, which contravene the directive of the Holy Synod, in which priests are advised to stay away from politics. In addition, he made some hallucinatory statements on topics that he does not master.
“I’m justifying myself because I saw that the current neo-Marxists are asking you for explanations like in the time of Ceaușescu”
Iustin Miron explained the situation related to Georgescu, showing irritation that he was asked by journalists about this:
“And I’m justifying myself because I saw that the current neo-Marxists who belong to the government are asking you for explanations like in the time of Ceaușescu. That is, reporters from Alba Iulia, for example, come to the Episcopate to ask for explanations why this gentleman (Georgescu no) was received and lectured a year or two ago in Alba Iulia. How was this man received? So it’s like we’re in communism and the communists come, the neo-communists, the Marxists, and they ask you, “well, that’s not a politically correct thing to do, I mean, how did you get it that this is not a politically correct thing to do”. As if we are no longer free and we have lost our freedom and we have to give an account to anyone, any neo-Marxist who passes on the street, you have to give an account“.
The father explained that the request to speak to the young people was made by Călin Georgescu and was accepted for the sake of diversity, considering that in the camps in Oașa they lectured different personalities with different points of view, even anti-religion.
“After which, in the election campaign, he used this meeting, made a video material and put it as promotion, people not knowing that this material was made before the campaign, not during the campaign”Iustin explained.
“You can still be in doubt, who to vote for? The devil or God?”
After this moment, Iustin Miron continues statements of clear political support for Georgescu:
“I also thought he was crazy (Georgescu), but not on the grounds of those who made him crazy now starting from different statements, but it seemed to me that it is true madness to come out with the truth in front now in a world of lies , in a world where lies are the blood of politics”. In other words, Călin Georgescu is the one who tells the truth.
Father Iustin also claimed that he heard from a politician and a businessman in the area that all the presidential elections up to the second round of the presidential elections this year were rigged. And the only elections that would have been organized for real were to take place on December 8.
“I was interested (in the election) to see if the truth really wins because so far only the lie has won. And I was very curious, does the truth really happen to win? And I watched. And I saw, brother, that the lie won again. And I was overcome with discouragement”he confessed.
The priest made accusations against the Constitutional Court, considering that it was a tool of the politicians who canceled the elections to stop Georgescu.
Father Iustin continued explaining why he prefers Georgescu, whom he associates with God, and the Lasconi candidate with the devil.
“I swatted away the mosquito and left the camel. I mean, we looked at some statements, about this man, that maybe he doesn’t do what he says, maybe he’s not clear enough, that he makes questionable statements. Okay, that’s the mosquito. And the camel beyond, that is, neo-Marxism, does not matter. Neo-Marxism that makes us little girls cats. We are looking at this thing that more and more little girls go to school and declare themselves cats. And you must comply. So here is the result of neo-Marxism”the abbot claimed.
Reuters did an article on the so-called epidemic of “furries” – students who think they are animals – in schools in the West and concluded that it was fake news.
“This news has been circulating the Internet for more than a decade: this claim that there is a pandemic of furries in schools who eat from dog bowls or bark and hiss in class”said Courtney Plante, a researcher who studies the “furries” phenomenon. “Furries are fans, just like any other group of fans. They think they’re animals just like sports fans don’t think they’re the quarterbacks of their favorite team.”
The researcher also said that despite studying thousands of “furries”, he found no evidence to support these claims: “if there’s an epidemic of howling and meowing kids in schools, you’d think it would be easier to find them and put them in front of a camera (or at least one of their teachers!).”
Reuters has checked past claims of “furries” in US schools and found no evidence that they disrupt classes or that schools have developed a policy of including them as a formal identity.
Iustin continues showing that it would be a trend with men wearing skirts in Romania: “We don’t look at this thing, that you see men going to work in skirts, I even saw a policeman in Bucharest doing this thing, it was embarrassing. That’s the result of neo-Marxism, but that doesn’t matter. It matters the mosquito over there, because it might not do what it says.”
About what the Lasconi candidate promotes, who wears two crosses around her neck, Iustin says:
“And since it’s a demonic and inhuman thing, doesn’t it matter? And we don’t look at what each represents, that there were two lines after all, two directions. People have their imperfections, no one is perfect after all, but there were two directions. Well, compare the sovereignist, patriotic, national, traditional direction with neo-Marxism, with communism, with the diabolicalism of this matter and see what happens. Are we comparing them? You can still be in doubt, who to vote for? The devil or God?”
“In the last elections, the Church “did its job”.
The father claims that Romanians are leaders in matters of faith: “And our ancestors, distant Dacians, were very faithful. And still the faith was kept. Think, after a communist regime, we become the country with the most monks in the world. World number one in monks. After the atheistic regime, brother, and you look over the fence in Bulgaria and you don’t see any church”.
Justinian also claimed that in the last elections, the Church “did its job”.
“And this has been seen even now, that the church has done its job, Christianity has done its job in Romania, a good job, that is, many patriots, who voted for Călin Georgescu, the faithful, the patriots, the values-oriented and Simion as well, and they cumulatively made about 40%. That means 40% of the electorate on the side of believing the truth. Very much. Very much. If we were to add up the faith of all the candidates who were now in the presidency and add up the faith of all the previous candidates, you will see that the current candidates had the most faith”.
Gigi Becali, the water flows upwards and the supernatural energy envelops everyone in a cloud
In a discussion of the evidence for the existence of God, Father Justin counseled those who do not believe: “They can go, for example, to Jerusalem, to see that at Easter, at the Orthodox, the light comes from heaven. Let him go to the Epiphany, to the Orthodox, to Jerusalem, to see that when the Patriarch of Jerusalem throws the cross into the Jordan, the Jordan changes course, flows upwards. Let him go and see this thing. These are tangible things. Yes, to go to the Transfiguration on Mount Tabor to see how a cloud comes every time and envelops everyone there. And you see that there is supernatural energy there, that it no longer moves according to the laws of nature. You can see if they want”.
Father argued that they are supernatural realities that are accessed by faith. “We want natural, rational demonstrations of supernatural truths. Well, the supernatural does not make the rational object. It is not the object of the study, of the investigation. You cannot demonstrate on it, although, if you are honest, you can see that those who ask like that are looking for reasons for their unbelief.
The father did not forget to mention Gigi Becali in laudatory terms: “In the cell where he was locked up he decided not to swear anymore and that’s how it was”. “He catechized the cell” – added the moderator. Then Justinian made the plea for a Church-led state: “Not necessarily in his style, but if the church had ruled, well, believe me, we’d have highways now, and we’d have plenty of them.”
Metropolitan Andrei: “I was not for Georgescu and I am not. Iustin is no longer either”
“Adevărul” asked the Metropolitan of Cluj, Maramureș and Sălaj, Andrei Andreicut, what is his position towards priests who get involved in politics?
“As it is the directive of the Holy Synod, he must not get involved. The citizens of Romania have the right to express their attitude by voting. That’s it. Next to see his prayer“, claimed ÎPS Andrei.
Regarding father Iustin from Oașa, the metropolitan said: “He is a good priest.”
Asked about the involvement of the future abbot of the Nicula Monastery in the electoral campaign, ÎPS Andrei said: “Don’t do it again.”
The Metropolitan explained that “this Georgescu was at their place in the summer, because there is a place where a lot of almsgiving is done with young people. He does free camps, lots of them. And Georgescu was also there and gave them a conference. I was not for Georgescu and I am not. Iustin is no more either. I explained to him how things are, it’s gone. It’s gone.”
ÎPS Andrei stated that the country needs a “cultured, enlightened president, capable of being representative for Romania. And I think I’ve said it all. May God grant that he be a good Christian. The policy that we priests should do is to pray to God to help them form a government, to lead the country, to do well for the people”.
