Video “Ciucă chose to dance with the devil” – Elena Lasconi warns that breaking the coalition is just a tactic of the PNL to manipulate the Romanians

The USR candidate for the winter presidential elections, Elena Lasconi, warns Romanians that the new announcement made by Nicolae Ciucă (PNL), related to the breakup of the coalition with the PSD, is just a tactic to manipulate the population in an attempt to “wash the image” of the National Liberal Party .

In the video posted shortly after midnight by Elena Lasconi, she claims that “tonight’s message in which he announces that he will break the coalition does nothing but come up with another moral fraud to try to manipulate and deceive the Romanians”.

Thus, Lasconi claims that the announcement of breaking up the coalition signifies only an attempt by Nicolae Ciucă to wash his image and distance himself from Marcel Ciolacu and the Social Democratic Party.

“Ciuca is now sleeping as he laid down. Ciucă chose this partnership with PSD and Ciolacu. Ciucă chose to dance with the devil. By doing this, he joined a long list of red, anti-democratic, corrupt and failed leaders who have harmed Romania in the last 35 years”the USR candidate also said in the posted video.

Lasconi also attacks the image of Mircea Geoană

At the same time, the USR leader used this opportunity to throw arrows at his other opponent, Mircea Geoană, categorizing him as one of “the red leaders“.

“Ciolacu, Geoana, Ciucă. Three faces of the same corrupt system built by PSD. They learned from the best. They learned from Iliescu, from Năstase, from Dragnea”, said Elena Lasconi.

Lasconi also classifies the breakup of the coalition as an attempt to take George Simion to the second round of the presidential elections, claiming that “Ciucă and Ciolacu are behind this decision by which they try to bring the other candidate of Moscow, surprisingly left in the race, to the 2nd round”.

At the end of the video, which is only one minute and 24 seconds long, the USR candidate claims that he is “the only presidential candidate who can end the corrupt system built and consolidated by the current politicians for the last 35 years” and that “can lead Romania to a freer, more prosperous and more democratic future”.
