A Romanian gendarme performed the national anthem of Romania at over 10,000 meters above sea level. He played the violin on a Tarom company plane.
The Romanian national anthem was performed by a uniformed gendarme while the plane was at over 10,000 meters altitude. The moment was announced to the other passengers by the on-board staff and the passengers filmed the moment and at the end applauded the gendarme.
“Thank you to everyone on board for giving me your attention. Carry Romania high on any meridian”was the message of the gendarme artist.
And the Gendarmerie had a message on its Facebook page.
“Thank you to the Tarom Company for the support! Thank you to all the staff, but also to the passengers for a completely different flight! Happy New Year, Romania”sent the Gendarmerie representatives.
Two years ago, while on tour in the United States of America, the Madrigal Choir performed “Wake up, Romanians” on board the plane they were in, at an altitude of approximately 10,000 meters.
The emotional interpretation took place on Romania’s National Day, on December 1, 2023, on the plane that was taking the choir members from Washington to Chicago, on the tour of the United States of America, to the delight of the other passengers.
