The two tourists were enchanted by “Crystal waters and white sandy beaches” from Ksamil and describe it as “the most amazing place ”.
The best -rated beach in Ksamil is Ohana Beach Bar, with a 4.4 of 5 stars rating on Tripadvisor.
Tourists can also visit an impressive historical landmark near Ksamil – Butrint National Archaeological Park, a site included in the UNESCO World Heritage, just 18 km from the coastal village.

A holiday in Ksamil costs much less than one in Maldives. For example, the average price of a meal at a cheap restaurant in Albania is about 50 lei. A plight of local beer costs only 12 lei, and a cappuccino is 10 lei.
In order to reach Ksamil, tourists must fly either to the capital of Albania, Tirana or to Corfu Island in Greece. The village is about four hours of driving in Tirana, or it can be accessed with the ferry in Corfu.
The ferry trip lasts about 30 minutes and brings tourists to Saranda, a popular resort from the sea in Albania, less than 30 minutes from Ksamil.
Ksamil is one of the most frequented coastal resorts by both domestic and foreign tourists.
Ksamil beach and Albanian coast, which were in the north, were included by Guardian in the top of the 20 best beach holidays at advantageous prices for 2013. The main attractions are the nearby Ksamil islands.
