Video The statement for which Pavel Bartoș was heavily charged: what he said about the origins of a contestant who received the “Golden Buzz”

Pavel Bartoș, the presenter of the “Romanians have talent” show, was harshly criticized in the online environment after he made a statement regarding a contestant who had received “Golden Buzz”.

It all happened on Friday evening, February 27, when Miruna Fecioru, a 12-year-old girl from Vaslui, impressed the jury with her performance, and Mihai Bobonete pressed the “Golden Buzz”, sending her directly to the semi-finals.

Miruna Fecioru discovered her passion for music at only five years old and participated in numerous competitions until she reached the stage of the show.

At “Romanians have talent”, the teenager performed the song “The Moment of Silence”, composed by Ovidiu Anton, and her performance moved the audience and the judges.

After the moment, Pavel Bartoș said:

And here is the moment that changes everything: Golden Buzz! For a little girl from a forgotten, impoverished place, where her voice appeared like an unexpected light! Miruna sang with an emotion that cannot be taught.

It is living proof that everyone can succeed, if they have the grace to sing with their soul. This Golden Buzz is for children who are born in insignificant places but have something wonderful to offer. They deserve all our encouragement and support“.

The artistic moment was unanimously appreciated, but the presenter’s statement divided the audience into two camps, turning an emotional Golden Buzz into a hotly debated topic online.
