During the visit, the delegation evaluated several locations of interest in the Smart City Cluj area, as well as in Bucharest, targeting developing urban projects or planned for the near future.
According to information “Adevărul”, the main purpose of travel was to identify concrete opportunities for real estate dedicated to the Trump family, in the context of increasing the attractiveness of the Romanian market for international capital.
The representatives of the Trump organization were impressed by the pace of urban development in Romania and the opening of the local business environment to solid partnerships, with long-term vision, say the truth.
This visit opens the path of large real estate projects and confirms the increased interest in placement on Romania on the map of large global investments in Real Estate.
Larry Glick, executive vice president of Trump Organization and a trusted close relative of US President Donald Trump, arrived on Wednesday, June 4, in Bucharest. The aircraft landed around 1:00 pm on Otopeni Airport.
Trump Organization, the entity that manages the Financial Empire of the Trump family, is currently led by the sons of US President, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., and in recent years has accelerated its expansion globally, with projects in Asia, Africa, Saudi Arabia, and recently in Eastern Europe.
Romania is one of the new investment targets of the organization, and the plans target two major projects in partnership with the businessman from Cluj Stefan Berciu. The recent information published by the current Cluj indicates that one of the projects is located in Bucharest, in the vicinity of the Otopeni area, near the lands owned by Ion Țiriac.
The second project is provided in Cluj-Napoca, on Borzaș hill in the Someșeni neighborhood. This is “Transylvania Smart City”, a large real estate initiative started by Stefan Berciu.
Larry Glick is in Romania not only for business discussions, but also to visit the lands for these businesses.
According to the same source, Eric Trump, one of the leaders of the organization, will also arrive in Romania in the next period, in order to directly supervise his local interests and partnerships.
