According to doctor Mihaela Bilic, small ones that do not have a strong taste of garlic, are not difficult to digest and do not burn are good.
“What does little good mean? It should not have a strong taste of garlic, should be low in fat and bicarbonate, should not be difficult to digest, should not burn or leave a lingering aftertaste in your throat. How do you know they have too much fat? The way they behave when cooking: if they decrease too much in volume, i.e.
As for the calories, the nutritionist says it varies between 220-260cal/100g, and the little pigs are more dietary!
“The right portion varies between two and six pieces…each according to how long the belt holds!”, says Mihaela Bilic.
Recommendations from Consumer Protection

“Like every year, Romanians celebrate May 1st with minis and beer. In order to fully enjoy this celebration, it is good to take into account the following recommendations”, transmitted, on Facebook, Paul Anghel, ANPC director.
It also recommends to “do not buy unlabelled prepackaged products, and for those sold in bulk, it is mandatory to register, at the point of sale, the date of minimum durability/use by date and the allergenic ingredients.
