Journalist Cristian Tudor Popescu revealed that he received a USR electoral leaflet in his mailbox. Inside, there were photos of all USR candidates for Parliament, but not that of the party’s presidential candidate, Elena Lasconi.
Although she is a candidate and president of USR, she does not appear in the leaflet. Instead, Cristian Tudor Popescu noted that a page is allocated to Nicușor Dan, the general mayor of the Capital. Practically, the mayor is used as an electoral agent, is the conclusion of the well-known journalist.

“On the USR campaign leaflet, which I found in the mailbox, are the photos of the 15 candidates for the Chamber of Deputies and the 7 for the Senate. On the other hand, the presidential candidate and president of the party, Mrs. Elena Lasconi, does not appear on any of the 6 pages. But on an entire page there is a picture, about ten times bigger than those of the USR candidates, of Mr. Nicușor Dan.
Even the USR name is replaced on the front page by the old formula
