Today, Romania plays the first match at Euro 2024, against Ukraine, from 16:00, the match to be played at the ultra-modern Allianz Arena stadium in Munich. In the other match in group E, Belgium meets Slovakia, also today, from 19:00, at the Waldastadion, in Frankfurt.

The Romania – Ukraine Euro 2024 match will be broadcast LIVE by PRO TV, from 4:00 p.m. and will be watched from the stands by around 30,000 fans of the tricolors.
Today's match in Munich will be refereed by Glenn Nyberg, with the 35-year-old Swede assisted by referees Mahbod Beigl and Andreas Soderqvist. A FIFA referee since 2016, Nyberg has managed a Romania match only once, in 2020, when our country defeated Austria, score 3-2, in the League of Nations.
The Romania – Ukraine match will be the first official one between the two selected teams. The tricolors and footballers from the neighboring country met six times, in friendly matches: Romania won three times, Ukraine won twice, and one match ended in a draw. The last match was on May 29, 2016, when Ukraine won 4-3.
