The person who divulged the subjects at the Autumn Baccalaureate, during the exam, was spotted by the Vaslui police, who are investigating the crime of divulging information classified as secret, official or not intended for publicity.

It is about a 24-year-old firefighter, employed as a rank-and-file soldier at the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU), who was taking the Romanian Language and Literature test, according to the Vaslui publication Vremea nouva.
The MAI employee would have entered the room with a hidden video camera, would have photographed the subjects and, most likely, would have sent them to a close person, who would have had to transmit to him the resolution of the requirements. That person is the one who would have published the topics on the Internet.
Since the person who photographed the subjects is employed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigations were taken over by the Iași Military Prosecutor’s Office.
“Following the investigations carried out, the policemen of the Criminal Investigation Bureau, within the Vaslui Municipality Police, identified the person suspected of committing the crime of disclosing information classified as service secret or not intended for publicity, the investigations being continued by the Iași Military Prosecutor’s Office, in in order to dispose of legal measures“, the spokesperson of the Vaslui County Police Inspectorate sent.
The IPJ Vaslui reminds that, on August 19, 2024, the Vaslui County Police Inspectorate was notified by the Vaslui School Inspectorate regarding the fact that, shortly after the start of the Romanian language test in the autumn session of the Baccalaureate, in photographs of the subjects appeared in the public space, and the checks showed that the identification number on the competition sheets belongs to an exam center in Vaslui.
