Dorian Popa recently underwent a complex nose surgery that lasted more than 6 hours. The artist explained on social media what serious problem the doctors discovered and why the operation could no longer be postponed.
The well-known artist and influencer Dorian Popa caused a wave of reactions on social networks after he was shown bandaged, immediately after a surgical intervention on the nose. Although many initially thought it was a simple cosmetic operation, he explained that the intervention was medically necessary and that it solved a serious problem that was affecting his breathing.
Asked by Click! if the operation had to be done right now, Dorian Popa confirmed that the intervention could not be delayed any longer.
“Yes… the spine was missing from my nose… the spine supports the septum!”, he explained.
Later, in a long message posted on TikTok, the star told in detail what the doctors discovered during the operation and why the situation was worse than expected.
“My brothers, yesterday I had my facelift surgery too. And the dream I didn’t have the courage to access. He said what he found was woeful. I was missing a bone called a spine that supports the septum. I can’t wait to learn more, to document myself. It was rebuilt in the end from my rib, so you can’t believe, yes, I have a rib in my nose, as they say. And look, God has me taken there, because I had no idea, I would eat his nose, like Michael Jackson’s, so thank God for helping us. God help you, dad!” said the star on TikTok.
The intervention lasted over 6 hours
The intervention was by no means an easy one. Dorian Popa confessed that the operation lasted more than six and a half hours and that it was an extremely difficult one, but the result makes him feel grateful and optimistic. The artist says that, although he did not expect such a serious diagnosis, he feels very well even shortly after the intervention.
“Above all, I thank God every second, since I opened my eyes yesterday, at 8:30 p.m., because I met this doctor. It was an extremely difficult operation, it lasted 6 and a half hours. I also thank the anesthetist doctor, but basically the doctor who operated on me, Daud. I didn’t expect it to be such a disaster in my nose but I’m glad that I feel extraordinary. I didn’t swollen at all, I’m not even 24 hours after the operation and I’m a bomb! I’m preparing a 2026 in line with the expectations of a year of Fire”. Dorian Popa also said.
He wants to increase his family and open a new business
Beyond health issues, the artist also talks openly about family plans. Asked if he wants to become a father in 2026, Dorian Popa explained that he and his wife, Andreea, have established a clear plan that takes into account her career. The influencer emphasized that he wants his wife to complete her medical studies before taking this important step.
“In 2028 after Andrea’s residency exam, she wants a score of 900 so she has to dedicate herself to learning. As soon as she finishes her exam, she is FIRST PRIORITY. It’s very hard for her and I support her in every way!”, specified Dorian Popa.
In parallel, Dorian Popa continues to expand his business. Known for his real estate investments in Domnești, the influencer revealed that he will become a neighbor with the artist Babasha and that he is preparing to launch a chain of car washes that bears his name.

At the same time, the artist is also preparing for a delicate moment in his life, going to appear in court on January 19, in the case opened after he was caught driving under the influence of prohibited substances.
Two and a half years after that episode, Dorian Popa says he hopes for a favorable outcome and speaks of this period as one of reflection and repentance.
“I also have the famous final trial on Monday, now, on January 19, I hope that God-God has forgiven me after these 2 and a half years of repentance and, the most important, above all, is to be healthy. Because if we are healthy, we also have the desire and power to work; we have everything we need if we are healthy in the morning when we wake up and can smile. God help all Romanians, God help to be a good year, although the forecasts are not exactly good, and let’s never lose our courage to succeed and to go through the hardest moments that characterize us as Romanians”, concluded Dorian Popa.
