The minister said that in 2022, while he was in Italy where he participated in an anesthesia congress in Milan, he tried for the first time to move with an electric scooter.

“Following this attempt, I had an accident that had a serious shoulder fracture and I was obviously taken to a hospital, taken from the street and urgently taken to a good hospital, I would say, from Milan. The investigations did not identify the fractures.

I’m not saying that I stayed four hours on a tar in UPU until someone came, being a suspicion of polytrauma. I do not say that I did not even receive a calming until after four hours, and that because the pains were so strong that I think I was heard from outside the pain of pain.

But the investigations and the way I was treated can say that they put my life in danger, in the sense that the next day I was discharged, telling me that it was just a dislocation and I got on the plane to come to Bucharest, and on the plane the fracture has obviously moved and the ordeal began ”the Minister of Health told.

He added that, in the end, in the medical system in Romania found solving the problems caused by the accident in Milan.
