At the same time, a significant percentage of adults declares themselves dissatisfied with their job, which they say do not represent them, shows the vocational DNA study, conducted by Mind Architect. Its results show that, in the absence of the right mentors and an educational system that supports and encourages the skills of each, we are witnessing a very high percentage of people who do not know where to go to their career, or have jobs that do not thank them, different or very different from what they dreamed of in the past.

We leave the school without too much clarity on which our talents, passions, values or how our own personality influences our motivations and behavior in our future life.
We then enter the labor market full of hopes, but also confused, haunted by the pressure not to be wrong, to demonstrate, by the constant comparison with those around and, sometimes, by unrealistic expectations. We professionally, without clarity and under pressure and make decisions for the future without knowing each other. That way, the world gets poorer. On their own and figuratively.

Everything to be able to reach our potential – to discover our vocational DNA and Let’s build a career around him”, Says Paul Olteanu, founder and vocational.
