Gabriela Firea: “PSD brought one billion euros of non-refundable European funds to Bucharest”

The PSD candidate for the Capital City Hall specified, in a message on Facebook, that “the social democratic team brought 1 billion euros of non-reimbursable European funds to Bucharest”.
