The file of the singer Gheboasă was forwarded to the Bucharest Court.
DIICOT prosecutors ordered “sending a defendant to court in a state of freedom under the aspect of committing the crime of possessing high-risk drugs for personal consumption”, according to a press release.
Gheboasa was caught in the act by the police on February 29 while in possession of cannabis for personal consumption.
“From the evidence administered during the criminal investigation, it emerged that on the evening of 29.02.2024, while he was in the city of Bucharest, the defendant procured from a suspect a quantity of cannabis that he possessed, without the right, in order to own consumption, being caught in the act by police officers from the DGPMB-Road Brigade”, mentions the quoted source.
As part of the same investigation, another defendant and a suspect are being investigated for high-risk drug trafficking, in continued form.
