The third edition of BIBI CAMPFEST, an outdoor event for families and children, will take place between June 21-24, 2024, at the beginning of the children's summer vacation, in the already well-known Vibe Camp in the Buzăului Mountains, a place for family outdoor experiences.
BIBI CAMPFEST is a BIBI Adventures project, where nature activities are a lifestyle that attract people with the same values, aspirations and hobbies, a nature outing, a bike tour, a kayak tour and why not, a festival where i can do all this. Bibi CampFest is the antidote to monotony, stress, everyday worries and the speed of life for each of us. The last years have been a rollercoaster of uncertainty, change, remote work, so we felt the need to bring with us, in nature, to move, together, all those overwhelmed by this rollercoaster.
From the agency's perspective, interest in such vacations has constantly increased for the camping area at the national level, with a number of 224 campsites with 121,926 overnight stays at the end of 2023, of which 108,802 are for Romanian tourists and 12,124 for foreign tourists. At the same time, the arrivals registered in this type of units were 42,010 with an accommodation capacity utilization index of 16.1, according to the National Institute of Statistics for the year 2023.
Three years of sustainable tourism
BIBI Touring started development in sustainable tourism 3 years ago, by establishing a new BIBI Adventure department, which aims to rediscover Romania on the move, with outdoor challenges, bike tours, including electric ones, green cars, but also cultural experiences or local gastronomy. The projects related to the greening of the traveled routes are very successful and attract many participants, from adults to children, who love and protect nature.
The festival is dedicated to families with children who will enjoy accommodation under the starry sky, in tents, glamping and caravans, and many outdoor activities: creative workshops, education, outdoor exercise: bike tours, rafting, kayaking, hiking , team practices and games, bonfires, movie screenings and parties!
The first edition took place in 2022 and was a success. There were over 250 participants for 3 memorable days. There was no clear objective, only the desire to bring together a community welded by common passions, values and aspirations, together with which to make unforgettable memories.
The second edition, the one in 2023, came on the good background of the previous year, to which was added a gram of experience and the courage to aim higher. So, in 2023 the number of those who chose Bibi CampFest increased to 700 people and some reliable partners who helped us to offer participants a unique and complete experience.
This year, we are already at the third edition and we estimate a number of 1500 -2000 participants present during the 4 days. You can purchase full 4-day access, weekend access (Saturday and Sunday) or day access.

The rates for the third edition are created according to the type of access and start from 80 lei/child and 160 lei/adult with access to the activities mentioned in the program on the chosen day, swimming pool, parking, pond fishing, up to the access full on all four days – 800 lei / adult, 150 lei / child 0-3 years old, 300 lei child 4-14 years old (includes 1 breakfast on Sunday morning, access to the activities mentioned in the program
