How to prepare anchovies with mujdei
“All you have to do is buy fish and make sure you have flour, cornmeal, salt, garlic and sunflower oil in your household. Therefore, very few ingredients are needed for a generous and above all, delicious portion. Place the flour in a large pan and add the cream. Add salt, according to everyone’s taste, and mix all the ingredients well with a whisk. Anchovies is given through this composition, then remove and shake off the excess. Fry the anchovies in a pan for 7-10 minutes, until they are well browned on all sides.
