Tom Grond, who has 644,000 followers on Instagram and 1.4 million on TikTok, spent a few days in Romania with his partner, before leaving to visit the Republic of Moldova and several countries in Asia.

“Forget Rome, Amsterdam and Paris! Come to Bucharest to experience the superb atmosphere here and in the Old Town. I can’t believe how beautiful and pleasant Bucharest is, it’s simply incredible. Not to mention the very low prices”says Tom, who has the Traveltomtom channel on social networks, one that is very followed and appreciated by his fans.

Tom stayed in Bucharest for two days, taking tens of thousands of steps daily and being delighted by the lively atmosphere of the Old Center and the buildings of the Capital with an architecture of ineffable charm.

“I can’t believe how charming and attractive the center of Bucharest is. I also enjoyed seeing many terraces decorated with flowers. Prices are very low in Bucharest, both for drinks and food. Almost all dishes are under 10 dollars in restaurants in Bucharest. And the atmosphere is unforgettable. Bucharest is a vibrant city. You can see very talented street musicians in various areas. And the architecture of Bucharest is absolutely gorgeous. Between me and Bucharest it was love at first visit”says the Dutch travel enthusiast.

Tom Grond made his first trip to several countries around the globe in 2008, and since then he has become extremely passionate about getting to know new countries, new people and new cultures and customs.

As Tom says, so far he and his partner have spent more than 4,200 days on trips abroad, and his goal is to visit every country in the world in the next few years. A goal that will certainly be met, considering that so far it already has 160 countries visited on its active.
