Alexandru Petrescu is the illegitimate son of Migdal Ion, called “Migdale”, who became famous in the Romanian underworld as the brother of Fane Spoitoru, according to Gândul. Ion Titisor, known as Fane Spoitoru, died on April 7, 2016, in a clinic in Israel, following a cerebrovascular accident.
According to judicial sources, the unacknowledged son of “Migdale” is known as a recalcitrant person who usually turns violent after consuming alcohol. Such an episode also took place on the night of October 15-16, while Alexandru Petrescu was at a wedding, which was taking place in a house in Ferentari.
The man would have started to dance lasciviously, a fact that would have angered another underling from the Spoitorilor clan, 31-year-old Samir Curt.
Several sources stated for Gândul, that the individual would have broken a glass, after which he hit Fane Spoitoru’s nephew in the neck. The man was seriously injured, bleeding profusely, which is why an ambulance crew was called to the scene.

Notified by the medical staff, the investigators opened a case for attempted murder, and the Homicide Service police officers brought several people for questioning. Finally, the police arrested Samir Curt, 31 years old. On Friday, October 18, the man was remanded in custody for 30 days by the magistrates of the Bucharest Court.
