Andreea, the daughter of popular music performer Igor Cuciuc, was buried on Monday. The 17-year-old teenager died of cardiac arrest while at the Prom party.
The artist from the Republic of Moldova and his wife led their only child to the Central Cemetery in Chisinau.

“I can’t recover, why, God, did you take our good and decent girl from me at 17 years old? Our suffering is great for life, there is no cure to recover, Lord!”wrote Igor Cuciuc on Facebook, shortly after the funeral.
“How can I live with this pain?”
The students from the Center for Excellence in Artistic Education “Ștefan Neaga”, the teachers, friends, but also colleagues of the artist took part in the funeral and were with the bereaved parents.
“This is the eternal place of our dear daughter, Andreea! God why did you take away my power and meaning in life? How can I live with this pain!”, is the helpless cry of the grieving father, who shared images of his daughter’s grave online.
“I’ve never seen so much pain in one place”
Condolences poured in on social media.
“Have a smooth ride, Andreea! Watching two young parents bury their daughter was heartbreaking, a pain that pierced the hearts of everyone present. We were crying together, united by the pain of a moment no one should ever have to live through. I’ve never seen so much pain in one place, and for an outsider it was hard to bear, but I can’t imagine what’s going on in their souls. My thoughts are with the Cuciuc family. Rest in peace, Andreea!”, Alina Zotea wrote on Facebook.
Andrea was hurt at a party
A few days ago, Igor Cuciuc reported that his daughter died on Friday evening, at a restaurant in Chisinau, after attending the Freshmen’s Ball, together with her colleagues from the Center for Excellence in Artistic Education “Ștefan Neaga “.
Andrea got sick and couldn’t breathe anymore. Colleagues tried to give him first aid while they waited for the ambulance at the scene.

Igor Cuciuc accused, in a post on Facebook, that the first ambulance that arrived for the intervention would not have been equipped with the necessary equipment, and the second would have arrived only after 20 minutes.

However, the Minister of Health from the Republic of Moldova, Ala Nemerenco, says that the ambulances were properly prepared.
“1. There are no longer unequipped ambulances in Emergency Medical Care. In the last two years, the AMU service has been equipped with 206 new, modern ambulances of type A, B and C, equipped with all the necessary equipment in accordance with international standards. Even our villages are already served by modern ambulances, not to mention Chisinau. The request came to 112 at 21.18 on «it’s hard to breathe…». The B-type ambulance arrived at the scene in 7 minutes, a time equal to the response time in EU countries, as well as Great Britain. The team performed the medical maneuvers inside the ambulance, having all the necessary equipment for this purpose, including oxygen and defibrillator, with full medical assistance being provided. As the crew’s interventions were not successful, in accordance with clinical protocols, it is mandatory to request the TIM intensive care team who continued the resuscitation maneuvers“, said Ala Nemerenco.
