The Romanian Army will contest almost 300 places for military doctors and assistants

The Romanian army needs several specialists in the medical field, and this autumn will be competed 285 places for doctors and military assistants in seven university centers in the country: Bucharest, Iași, Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca, Oradea, Craiova and Târgu Mureș.

Of these, 162 places are for officer doctors, and 123 for non -commissioned assistants. Those interested must first pass the eliminatory evidence organized by the Ministry of Defense, which include physical tests, psychological evaluations and medical visits.

Studies for military doctors last 6 years, and for nurses 4 years. In addition to the classic medicine courses, students will also attend a specialized module within the Medical-Military Institute, subordinated MApN.

Mihail Tudosie, commander of the Bucharest-Military Institute for Pro TV News.

Candidates who will not be admitted to the special places for the army will have the opportunity to continue studies in the places available at the Civil Medicine faculties.

The Romanian army currently has around 75 .,000 soldiers.
