„Meeting in the public meeting on 11.02.2025, the National Audiovisual Council analyzed the monitoring reports prepared by the specialized Directorate as a result of the self -assessment and the notifications received for the issues broadcast by Realitatea Plus during the period 01 – 15.12 and on the date of 20.12.2024 ”, It is shown in a CNA statement.

The National Audiovisual Council has decided to apply the following sanctions to the broadcaster:
– a fine of 20,000 lei for violating the provisions of art. 3 para. (2) of the Audiovisual Law no. 504/2002 in shows dated 12.12.2024, by the way in which the position presented the obligation to apply the sanction decision no. 356/2023, respectively the obligation to broadcast for 10 minutes, between 19:00 – 19:10, only the text provided in art. 3 of it. The CNA gives the example of some titles displayed during the day and comments of the moderators: “CNA wants to reduce Reality plus for silence ”; “The CNA decided to interrupt the emission Realitatea Plus, this evening”; “The CNA wants to close the reality emission, stay with us”; “A revolting decision of the National Audiovisual Council has decided to silence the reality plus, the television of the people”;
– fine of 10,000 lei for expressions such as “March, me! “,” March, javrelor! “,”fucks“, In the show “The backstage of the parallel state”editions of 4, 5, 6, 9, 11.12.2024, within which the provisions of art. 40 para. (5), related to art. 1 para. (1) letter. g) of the Code of regulation of the audiovisual content;
– a fine of 5,000 lei for non -observance of the provisions of art. 40 para. (2) of the Audiovisual Code, in the show “The backstage of the parallel state” from 10.12.2024. Among the statements of the moderator: “I have information from the inside and I do not want to create problems there people in TVR, that Mr. Adelin Petrișor, in fact, did a service to special forces for which he does, to do this report to help them. That’s how I say, I say, because otherwise he has to explain ”; “Because, in September, Mr. Adelin Petrișor, for connoisseurs, with whom he works and who is the journalist Adelin Petrișor, who does PR, that I mean, I do not mean anything else. – a fine of 5,000 lei for the 20.12.2024 edition of the show “100%”, within which the provisions of art. 65 letter. a), b) of the audiovisual code. Titles displayed: “Bomb disclosures about Tolontan’s controversial past ”; “Former SRI officer: Tolontan’s father worked for security”; “Former SRI officer: Tolontan’s father assured his career in the press”; “How the propagandists of the system made career, who propelled him”;
– public order for violating the provisions of art. 29 para. (1) letter. a) of the law of the audiovisual when the material is disseminated with the titles “How experts want to reduce the risks associated with smoking ”; “What alternatives exist in traditional smoking”; “What do scientists and experts say about smoking” Within the show “”Prime Time News ” from 12.12.2024.

Also, the Council analyzed the monitoring reports prepared by the specialized department for shows broadcast by Romania TV during the period 01-15.12.2024 and decided to sanction the post with public order.
In editions of 14 and 15.12.2024 of the show “Romania of story” The provisions of art. 64 para. (1) letter. a), according to which “By virtue of the fundamental law of the public for information, the providers of audiovisual media services must comply with the following principles: a) ensuring a clear distinction between facts and opinions”. Among the titles presented: “The maneuvers through which Soros runs Romania for 35 years”; “The people planted by Soros in the key institutions of the state”; “The capture of power in Romania, with whom it is tool”; “The brigades that act to order in Romania”; “Who instructs Soroș’s brigades, new images and evidence”; “The hordes are learned to attack the rule of law”; “Soroș’s presidential, sprouted by criminal files”.
