A new wave of conspiracies started in Romania, following the winter episode of the previous days, when several users of Tiktok noticed that the snow does not melt immediately after taking it in their hand or putting it next to the flame.
Thus they began to claim that snow would contain plastic or even that they would be “False”. Many were filmed trying to prove that the snow was not grilled, near the stove or with a lighter, and the clips have come to accumulate thousands of views.
One of the Internet users asks: “Explain why I don’t get in my hand?”raising a hallucinating theory of snow, while holding a bulge in hand and says it does not melt.
The physicist Cristian Presura intervened to explain the phenomenon, offering a scientific explanation accessible to all.
“The snow will melt, only it lasts longer. Your hand outside is cold, so it gives a little heat to the Bulgarian. Put the bulges in a hot pot. Now it melts immediately. And the contact surface of your palm with the bulges in your hand is small. The heat transfer is weaker, and the ice is also a good thermal insulator ”, explains the physicist.
